These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hs5555. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the hs5555 platform. By registering or continuing to use hs5555, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one active hs5555 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be voided. Account sharing or transferring account access to another person is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place real-money wagers on hs5555. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited. hs5555 reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification, proof of age, and proof of address from any player at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any deposits or winnings may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using hs5555 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. hs5555 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. hs5555 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on hs5555. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hs5555 employs automated and manual detection of duplicate Accounts. Where a duplicate Account is identified, hs5555 may suspend all associated Accounts, void any Bonus Funds held therein, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hs5555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.1 Account Currency. All hs5555 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fee is charged by hs5555 on PKR transactions.
4.2 Account Verification (KYC). hs5555 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:
hs5555 will endeavour to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. hs5555 may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive Accounts with a positive balance, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their Account. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the hs5555 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hs5555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of any hs5555 transaction is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. hs5555 reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated Account, recover any disputed funds, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
5.4 Failed Transactions. hs5555 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by your payment provider, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond hs5555's reasonable control. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and loyalty rewards offered by hs5555 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated promotional terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before any portion of the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement requires the bonus amount to be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution percentages are published within each individual promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. hs5555 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, systematic exploitation of welcome offers through multiple accounts, and coordination between players to exploit bonuses. Where bonus abuse is detected, hs5555 may void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. hs5555 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on hs5555 are subject to acceptance by hs5555. hs5555 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed by players suspected of match-fixing or insider knowledge.
7.2 Palpable Errors. Where odds or game outcomes are published as a result of a technical error, human error or data feed error that results in a materially incorrect price, hs5555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's Account. This applies to all sportsbook markets including cricket, PSL, and other sports.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the player. hs5555 is not responsible for delays between the real-world event and the platform's live data feed. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined — including those placed during a data feed delay — may be voided at hs5555's discretion.
7.4 Winnings Settlement. Winning bets are settled and credited to the player's Account in PKR within the timeframes stated for each payment method. hs5555 targets same-business-day settlement for all standard withdrawals following completion of KYC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hs5555 Platform without prior written consent from hs5555.
hs5555 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hs5555 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our licensing obligations.
11.1 The hs5555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hs5555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hs5555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 hs5555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude hs5555's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by hs5555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your hs5555 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure at the player's request.

Where a material change is made, hs5555 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification. Minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the hs5555 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hs5555 holds its international gaming license.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and hs5555, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. hs5555 will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and endeavour to resolve it within ten business days.
15.3 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by hs5555's licensing authority. 15.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
